Purchase Terms

1. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

2. All cake packaging will contain the specific allergen information for each cake, please read labels carefully.

3. The listed prices are starting points and cover the basic cake without any additional features or toppers.

4. If a specific size is not mentioned, kindly reach out to us for a personalised quote. While fondant buttercream and decorations are incorporated into the pricing, intricate designs may result in an extra charge. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of VeeNess_Treats to complete the agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

6. You must complete the order form and acknowledge that you have read these terms before making your payment.

7. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.

8. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

9. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

10. One tier cake will only have one flavour.

11. Delivery and setup is free within Portsmouth area, other cities will be quoted seperately.

12. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete.  You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s).  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

13. If flowers are provided by an outside source, we charge for the cost of buying and delivery them.  You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

14. Any toppers or extras such as toys and ornaments are not included in the base price

15. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves (your company name’s) possession.  

16. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

17. We make every attempt to maintain our prices however these may be subject to change due to inflationary pressures.
